Michael David Bromley (Mike), 68, died the 15th of November 2019, in Garnett, Kansas.
Mike was born on August 3, 1951, in Dayton, Ohio, to Elmer and Stella Bromley. He graduated from Dayton High School, Dayton, Kentucky, in 1970. He spent many years working for Montgomery Ward in sales. For the remainder of his life he worked as an auto mechanic/supervisor and in computer repair.
He married Sharon Bolser in 1970. From this marriage, three children were born, Michelle, Angela, and David. After they divorced, Mike moved to Lexington, Kentucky, Austin, Texas, Sweetwater, Texas, finally ending up in Garnett, Kansas. His many passions included gardening, fixing computers, working on cars, attending theatre performances, and decorating for the holidays.
He was preceded in death by his father, Elmer Bromley; his brother, Randy Bromley; his sister, Deborah White; and his granddaughter, Chelsea Dennler.
He is survived by his fiancé, Vicki Markham and Peyton of the home; daughters, Michelle Means of Dayton, Kentucky, Angela Melford and husband Monty of Independence, Kentucky, son, David Bromley and girlfriend Joni, Latonia, Kentucky; mother, Stella Bromley, Dayton, Kentucky; sisters, Brenda Hardin, Dayton, Kentucky, Dorothy Hyde and husband Tom, Dayton, Kentucky, Paula Burton, Covington, Kentucky; eight grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Mike will be genuinely missed and remembered for his kind-hearted soul.
