Arron Oswalt

Arron Lee Oswalt, 44, of Iola, Kansas, died Saturday, April 30, 2016, at the Overland Park Regional Medical Center. Arron was born April 14, 1972, in Iola, the son of Danny Lee and Golda Marie (Fletcher) Oswalt. He grew up in Iola, graduating from Iola High School in 1990. He has worked at the Iola Sonic Drive-In. Survivors include 1 daughter, Lena Michelle Howington of Iola, and 3 grandchildren; his father, Danny Lee Oswalt of Iola; step-father, Bill Colles of Paola, KS; 4 siblings, April Colborn of LaHarpe, KS, Michael Colles of LasVegas, NV, Jenny Altis of Vassar, KS and Sean Colles of Kansas City, KS; and his grandmother, Velary Iden of Iola. He was preceded in death by his mother, Golda Marie Colles. Cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation will be 4:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday, May 5, 2016 at the Waugh-Yokum and Friskel Chapel in Iola.
