Billy Edwards

Billy H. Edwards, 79, of Iola, Kansas, died Friday, January 30, 2015, at the Allen County Regional Hospital. Billy was born February 18, 1935, in Gravette, Arkansas, the son of John Lee and Elsie Velura (Clark) Edwards. On August 15, 1997, he married Bonnie (Williams) Holeman and they made their home in Iola. He worked 26 years for John Deere and then drove a truck for 8 years for Tom Highberger. Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Edwards of the home and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by all of his 7 siblings, Glen Edwards, Vivian Lister, Donald Edwards, Margarette Walden, Lee Junior Edwards, Marion Edwards and Maebelle Rogers.
