Blane Anthony Lewis

Blane Anthony Lewis, infant son of James Lewis and Destinie Vargas passed away on Monday, March 5, 2018 at Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center of Chanute, Kansas. Blane was born at 3:24 AM, he later passed away at 4:32 AM. Blane was preceded in death by his step-grandfather, John B. Griffith and a brother, Rusbel Vargas, Jr. He is survived by his father James E. Lewis and mother Destinie Dawn (Blanchard) Vargas; his siblings, Andres Vargas, Carter Lewis, Lillian Lewis, and Bailey Florez; grandparents, Barbara Kelley of Chanute, Kansas, Linda Griffith of Humboldt, Kansas, and Rick Blanchard of Canton, South Dakota; and many other loving family members. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, March 12, 2018, at Mount Hope Cemetery, 1282 Hawaii Road, Humboldt, Kansas with Pastor D.J. Dangerfield officiating.
