Bonnie Horn Ives

Bonnie Faye Ives, age 76, of St. Paul, Nebraska, passed away on Monday, April 24, 2023, at Bryan Medical Center East in Lincoln.

Bonnie was born on November 2, 1946 to Russell and Mary (Taft) Horn in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She was the sixth of six children in her family. As a young girl, Bonnie lived in several places before moving to Garnett, Kansas in 1952. Following school she moved to California. Throughout her life she later lived in Wyoming, Nebraska, Colorado and Washington, before settling in Cheyenne, where she lived for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Chuck; her second husband, Roger; brothers and sisters, Betty White, LaVern Lauhead, Virgil Lauhead, and Golda Hermreck.

Bonnie is survived by her sons, Michael Hausler of Mulvane, Kansas, Timothy Phillips of California; sister, Donna Williams and Howard of Garnett; and her caregiver, Jessica Murphy and Levi Walz of Wolbach, Nebraska.

Memorial services for Bonnie will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, May 12, 2023 at the Feuerborn Family Funeral Service Chapel, Garnett, Kansas. Inurnment will follow in the Holy Angels Cemetery, Garnett.
