Bradley Lynn Esslinger, Jr., 27, of Iola, Kansas, died Saturday, June 1, 2013, at his home. Bradley was born December 14, 1985 in Iola, the son of Bradley Lynn Esslinger, Sr. and JoAnne Michele Shafer. He graduated from Iola High School and Allen County Community College. Bradley has made his home in Emporia and worked for Coast to Coast Transportation and Wizard's Music Store until just recently moving to Iola. SURVIVORS: His Mother: JoAnne Michael & husband, Rick of Iola, KS His Father: Brad Esslinger of Wichita Falls, TX 3 Brothers: Michael Call & wife, Alicia of Lee's Summit, MO, Ricky Michael of Iola, KS and Brenton Esslinger of Uniontown, KS 4 Sisters: Brenda Call Miller & husband, Jamie of Iola, KS, Sherri Michael Farwell & husband, Matt of Excelsior Springs, MO, Jessica Call Wilson & husband, Joshua of Fredonia, KS, and Breanna Esslinger of Uniontown, KS Grandfathers: Ralph Shafer of Iola, KS and Daryl Esslinger He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Lurleen Shafer and Maxine Esslinger VISITATION: 7:00-8:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 4, 2013, at the Waugh-Yokum & Friskel Chapel in Iola GRAVESIDE SERVICE: 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 5, 2013, at Highland Cemetery in Iola Following graveside services there will be a luncheon for family and friends at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1420 E. Carpenter in Iola. MEMORIAL: Allen County Animal Rescue Facility (ACARF) Memorial gifts may be left with the Waugh-Yokum & Friskel Memorial Chapel of Iola, which is in charge of arrangements.
