David Bedenbender

David Eugene Bedenbender was born December 7, 1953, in Iola, Kansas. He was the son of William Neil and Thelma (Tidd) Bedenbender. He passed away at his home in rural Neosho Falls, Kansas at the age of 62 on March 26, 2016. David married Diane Hosley December 22, 1973. This union was blessed with two children, Trent and Jana. David was a life long farmer and lived his life on the family farm. He loved to attend auctions. He was a good friend to many and was an amazing grandfather. He is survived by his wife Diane, son Trent and wife, Alisha of Lee''s Summit, MO, daughter Jana Malone and Robert D''Aquino of Wichita, KS, grandchildren Damon, Danton, Karson and Cora, and brothers Jerry Bedenbender and wife, Jeannie of Meridian, Idaho and Dee Bedenbender and wife, Sheila of Neosho Falls. He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother Duane. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 29, 2016, at the Waugh-Yokum and Friskel Chapel in Iola, before leaving for the Geneva Cemetery where graveside services will begin at 2:30 p.m. Memorials are suggested to Shriner''s Hospitals For Children and may be left with the funeral home.
