David Martin

David L. Martin, age 47 of Bradford, Pennsylvania, passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2017 in the Bradford Regional Medical Center Hospital. He was born on February 24, 1969 in Anderson County Hospital, Garnett, Kansas the son of Robert L. and the late Rose M. (Timmons) Martin. He was a graduate of the Central Heights High School in 1987. He liked the great outdoors, and enjoyed hiking, and Abby's cat Patches, and working on his computer. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Garnett, Kansas and president of the youth group. He was employed by Service Master before his illness and then had to resign. He was preceded in death by his mother Rose M. Martin. David is survived by his long-term companion Evelyn Gurtman; his father, Robert L. Martin and step mom Linda of Ensign, Kansas; one sister, Aurora Harris and her companion Charlie Pritchard, Tulsa, Oklahoma; nieces; Nicole Harris and her companion Jon Sarasua of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Kristina Tucker and husband Brad Tucker; great nephew, Clarence G. Tucker of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, and Cassandra Harris of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Garnett, with inurnment following in the Richmond Cemetery, Richmond.
