Dean T. Page, age 75, of LaHarpe, Kansas, passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2018, at the Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Dean was born on March 19, 1943, in Gas, Kansas, to Willis E. Page and Elaine Isaac Page. Dean attended school in LaHarpe, Kansas. Dean and Roxie A. Stanley were united in marriage in January, 1962. Dean worked as a machine operator for Gates Corporation, Iola, Kansas, retiring in 2008. Dean enjoyed farming, raising cattle, fishing, and coyote hunting with his hounds. He liked to show his coyote hounds at dog shows. He enjoyed baseball and football, especially watching his grandsons play baseball and football. Dean was extremely proud of his grandkids and great-grandkids. Dean was preceded in death by his wife; his parents; and one grandson, Aaron Page. Dean is survived by four sons, John Page and wife, Lisa, LaHarpe, Kansas, Mark Page, Humboldt, Kansas, Jeff Page and wife, Staci, Humboldt, Kansas, and Matthew Page and wife, Angie, Buffalo, Kansas; one daughter, Beth Page, LaHarpe, Kansas; one sister, Delores Gullett and husband, Don, Lawrence, Kansas; nine grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. A funeral service honoring Dean's life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 8, 2018, at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service Chapel, Iola, Kansas. Burial will follow in the Mount Hope Cemetery, Humboldt, Kansas. Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society or to the Alzheimer's Association, and may be left with Feuerborn Family Funeral Service, Iola, Kansas.
