Delbert Deane Harris

Delbert D. Harris, 80, of Iola, Kansas, passed away Saturday, November 5, 2016, at Greystone Residential Care Community in Iola. Delbert was born October 24, 1936, in Ashland, Oregon, the middle child of seven children born to Samuel and M. Marie (Ruble) Harris. He has made his home in Springfield, Neosho, Granby and Kansas City, Missouri before moving to Iola. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Donna, Carol and Leota, and a brother Donald. He is survived by 2 brothers: Ronald Harris & wife, Lila of Drexel, MO and Larry Harris of Purdy, MO, many nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Graveside inurnment services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 12, 2016, at Highland Cemetery in Iola. Feuerborn Family Funeral Service of Iola, assisted the family.
