Dennis Womelsdorf, age 55, of LaHarpe, Kansas, passed away on September 16, 2020, at his home. Dennis was born October 23, 1964, in Fort Scott, Kansas, to Charles Womelsdorf, Sr. and Lois (Marvin) Womelsdorf.
Dennis attended school in Iola, Kansas. He married Sandra (Skaggs) Perez on October 9, 1988. They later divorced. To this union, they had three children. Dennis worked construction most of his life, until retiring. Dennis enjoyed spending time with his kids, especially his grandbabies, which he was very proud of. He like fishing and enjoyed being outdoors.
Dennis was proceeded in death by his father, Charles Womelsdorf, Sr.
Dennis is survived by his mother, Lois (Marvin) Womelsdorf of Iola, Kansas; his son, Casey Womelsdorf of Nebraska; and two daughters, Lacey and Tacey Womelsdorf of Humboldt, Kansas; five grandchildren, Kadience, Brecklynn and Elliott Womelsdorf; Ayden (Womelsdorf) Perez and Nova Leftwich; two brothers, Charles Womelsdorf, Jr. and Dereck Womelsdorf of Iola, Kansas; two sisters, Terri Nicholls of Ottawa, Kansas, and Teresa Burton of Iola, Kansas.
Cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
Memorials are suggested to Allen County Animal Rescue Facility (ACARF), and may be left with Feuerborn Family Funeral Service, Iola, Kansas.
