De'Raun Laine Walls, 3-month-old son of Derrick and Christy (Bartholomew) Walls of Iola, died Thursday, May 31, 2012, at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. De'Raun was born March 6, 2012 in Iola, Kansas. SURVIVORS: His parents: Derrick & Christy Walls 3 Siblings: Myriah Renee Walls, age 8, Maliyah Lynn Walls, age 7, and Derrick Lamon Walls, Jr., 20 mos. Grandparents: Towana & Rick Hadley of Chanute, KS, Kendall Bartholomew of Eureka, KS and Linda Becker of Piqua, KS Great-Grandparents: Drew Walls of Chanute, KS, Lois Pierson of Great Bend, KS and Verna Owens of Iola, KS GRAVESIDE SERVICE: 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at Highland Cemetery in Iola.
