Devlin was born Wednesday, July 27, 2011, in Iola, Kansas. SURVIVORS: His Parents: Ben A. Meats and Krissy M. Brubaker of Moran, KS Sister: Isabella Shultz, age 2, of the home Grandparents: Curtis & Jamie Ford of LaHarpe, KS Uncle: Jeff Meats Aunt: Rachael Meats and other aunts, uncles and several cousins He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Gale M.
