Donna L. Dietrich, 75, of Iola, Kansas, died Monday, May 11, 2009, at the Allen County Hospital in Iola. Donna was born November 6, 1933, at Wichita, Kansas, the daughter of Robert H. and Frieda M. (Mayer) Page. She grew up in the Wichita area where she attended school. On June 28, 1950, Donna married Charles T. Dietrich and they made their home at Claremore, Oklahoma. In 1956, they moved to the Iola area. She was a partner with her husband in C.T. Dietrich Construction. He preceded her in death on January 28, 2006. Donna was a homemaker who enjoyed crocheting, gardening and yardwork. She loved the outdoors and camping. SURVIVORS: 2 Daughters: Victoria Johnson & husband, Samuel of Iola, KS; and Marsha Lord & husband, John of Iola, KS 5 Grandchildren: Jason, Jarrid & Kristin Johnson and Ryan & Eric Lord 4 Great Grandchildren 3 Brothers: Robert Page & wife, Donna of Conway Springs, KS; Virgil Page & wife, Marilyn of Rural Iola, KS; and Vernon Page & wife, Nora of LaHarpe, KS She was preceded in death by her parents and by a sister, Jeannie Langley. PARISH ROSARY: 10:00 a.m., Wed., May 13, 2009, at St. John's Catholic Church in Iola, prior to the mass. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: 10:30 a.m., Wed., May 13, 2009, at St. John's Catholic Church in Iola following the rosary. The Rev. Robert Wachter will be celebrant. BURIAL: St. John's Catholic Cemetery at Gas, KS MEMORIALS: American Cancer Society Memorial gifts may be left with the Waugh-Yokum & Friskel Memorial Chapel of Iola, which is in charge of arrangements.
