Junior Burk, age 59, passed away Saturday, August 15, 2020 at his home in Iola, Kansas.
Junior was born June 27, 1961 to Dwight and Mildred (Kuhn) Burk in Hiawatha, Kansas. Before starting school, his family moved to Yates Center, Kansas where he graduated in 1979. After graduating, he began working for the Yates Center Co-op. Junior worked various jobs before beginning his career as a custom applicator at the Piqua Co-op.
Junior was known for being a jack of all trades. Anything you needed done, he could most likely do it for you! He loved to spend his spare time playing cornhole with his friends, fishing, hunting, and gardening. Junior was an avid supporter of the Kansas City Chiefs and was ecstatic with their LIV Super Bowl win. He will be remembered for his great sense of humor and his ability to always live life to the fullest.
Junior is preceded in death by his parents, Dwight and Mildred Burk; and sister, Cathy Robson.
Junior is survived by wife, Debbie Burk; sister, Denise Burk; and numerous other family members and friends.
