Frank Heimberg

Frank Heimberg, 73, formerly of Humboldt and Iola, died Monday, April 25, 2016, at Via Christi Hospital in Pittsburg, Kansas. Frank was born April 3, 1943, in Humboldt, Kansas, the son of John J. and Alice Alma (Carr) Heimberg. He grew up in Humboldt. He had worked for Thompson Poultry in Iola. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters, Dorothy Pollet, Lucille Pollet and Alma L. Mason. Cremation has taken place with inurnment in St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Humboldt. Waugh-Yokum and Friskel Memorial Chapel of Iola, was in charge of arrangements.
