Gertrude Gregory

Gertrude (Beth) E. Schmidt Gregory, passed away on April 2, 2013 at the Overland Park Medical Center. Beth was currently living in Piqua, Kansas with her sister. Beth lived for many years in Gas, KS. She worked several years for Hope Unlimited and was a housewife and mother. She was born Sept. 25, 1944 to Ray Carl Schmidt and Mary Inez Dryer Schmidt in rural Neosho Falls. She had married John Gregory, Jr. on March 19, 1966 and they were later divorced. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Donald Schmidt of Michigan who died Feb. 6, 2013. Beth is survived by one son, John Gregory III of Colorado Springs, CO, and her siblings, Mary Shoemaker and husband, Marty of Piqua, William Schmidt and wife Sherry of Suntan Valley, AZ, Ronald Schmidt and wife Barbara of Puyallup, WA and Gregory Schmidt and wife Connie of Yates Center.
