Ira Stephens

Ira Stephens, Jr., age 84, of Kincaid died Tuesday, December 11, 2007 at Moran Manor, Moran. Mr. Stephens was born July 4, 1923 at Keystone, OK. He married Faye Stout June 6, 1942 at Augusta, KS. He served in the Army from 1943 to 1946 during World War II . He is survived by his wife: Faye Stephens of the home, one daughter: Casandra Steele and her husband Tommie of Pratt, KS and one son: Steve Stephens and his wife Marlene of Kincaid, KS; one brother Sam Stephens and his wife Bea of Wichita, KS; one sister, Myrtle Smith of Kingwood, TX; Six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Friday from 6:00 to 7:00 PM at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service, 219 S. Oak P.O. Box 408, Garnett, KS. The funeral will be Saturday at 10:30 at Kincaid-Selma United Methodist Church, 110 N. Preston, Kincaid with Pastor John Sheehan officiating. Burial will be in Kincaid Cemetery.
