Justin Lee Appleton, age 47, of Iola, Kansas, passed away at his residence on October 21, 2021. Justin was born April 30, 1974, in Riverside, New Jersey, to Warren C. Appleton and Cathleen King.
Justin graduated in 2016 from Allen Community College, Iola, Kansas. Justin and Dawn Hine were married November 9, 1998, in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Justin worked in education as a para-educator.
Justin enjoyed art and being an artist. He loved theater and photography. Justin liked watching Anime and playing video games.
Justin is survived by his wife, Dawn, of the home; daughter, Carolyn Appleton, Iola, Kansas; father, Warren C. Appleton, Northfield, New Jersey; mother, Cathleen King, York, Pennsylvania; brothers, Matthew Appleton, Ed Aldridge; and sister, Ellen Appleton.
Cremation will take place and no services are planned at this time.
Memorials are suggested to the Allen County Animal Rescue Facility (ACARF), and may be left with Feuerborn Family Funeral Service.
