Colleen Kay Bagnall

Colleen Kay Bagnall, age 60, passed away July 4, 2018, at the Allen County Regional Hospital, Iola, Kansas. Colleen was born October 30, 1957, in Iola, Kansas, to Earl Jefferis and Bertha Fultz Jefferis. On September 24, 1978, she and David Bagnall were married in Iola, Kansas. Colleen graduated in 1975 from the Moran High School, Moran, Kansas. Colleen worked as a certified nurses' aid. Colleen loved to play the piano. She enjoyed crocheting and making crafts with yarn. She liked spending time with her grandkids. Colleen had to watch Wheel of Fortune and her cooking shows on television! Colleen is survived by two daughters, Melissa Preston and husband, Donald, Iola, Kansas, and Angela Petty and husband, Warren, Gas, Kansas; three brothers, Jerry Jefferis and wife, Kathleen, Paola, Kansas, Rollin Jefferis and wife, Darlene, Spring Hill, Kansas, and Jim Jefferis and wife, Shirley, Moran, Kansas; five grandchildren, Hunter Preston, Logan Preston, Shyla Preston, all of Iola, Kansas, David Petty and Sierra Petty, both of Gas, Kansas, and numerous nieces and nephews. Colleen was preceded in death by her husband and parents. A graveside memorial service and inurnment honoring Colleen's life will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 13, 2018, at the Moran Cemetery, Moran, Kansas. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the Colleen Kay Bagnall Memorial Fund, and may be left at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service, Iola, Kansas.
