Kellie Jo Sander

Kellie Jo Sander, age 24, of Moran, Kansas, passed away on December 15, 2009. Kellie was born on November 12, 1985, at Chanute, Kansas, the daughter of Paul and Kathryn (Bolte) Sander. As a young girl she enjoyed horse back riding and barrel racing at local rodeos. Kellie graduated from Marmaton Valley High School in 2004. While in high school she enjoyed playing volleyball and basketball. She was currently working as a cook in the deli at Pump-N-Pete's in Moran. She attended the Friends Home Lutheran Church in Savonburg. Kellie is survived by her two daughters, Kiersten Sander and Kylah Sander of the home; her parents, Paul and Kathryn Sander; two brothers, Nick Sander and Kevin Sander of Moran; her grandparents, Marvin and Henryetta Sander of Elsmore; grandmother Karen Bolte of Mauston, Wisconsin; and her beloved nieces and nephews, Dillon, Toby, Brock and Emma. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, December 21, 2009, at the Friends Home Lutheran Church in Savonburg, Kansas. Burial will follow at the Elsmore Cemetery in Elsmore, Kansas. Family will be present to greet friends from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 20, 2009, at the Feuerborn Family Funeral Service Chapel in Moran.
