Madilyn Nicole Berntsen, infant daughter of Devin Joseph and Ashley Nicole (Wools) Berntsen of Iola, Kansas, passed away December 10, 2008 at the Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center. She is survived by her fraternal grandparents, Rick and Rita Berntsen of Iola, Kansas and Deanna Chaney and Tim Egner of Chanute, Kansas; and her maternal grandparents Roy and Debra Wools of Colony, Kansas.
