Michael Fudge

Michael Edward Fudge, age 75, of Moran, Kansas, passed away on May 24, 2018, at the Olathe Medical Center, Olathe, Kansas.   Michael was born on October 19, 1942, in Iola, to Harry Francis Fudge and Obreta Blanche Vest Fudge. He attended school in Allen County, Kansas. Michael worked as a cook at L&M Truck Stop in Iola, then as a tree trimmer, and later at Miln & Mann Tire Company, Iola, before retiring. Michael liked to play dominoes, he enjoyed fishing, and visiting with friends. He loved reading western books and watching western movies. Michael is survived by his two sons, Michael Fudge and wife, Christie, Wichita, Kansas, and John Fudge, Sapulpa, Oklahoma; his one daughter, Lori Parker and husband, Eddie, Sapulpa, Oklahoma; his sister, Patti Miller, Augusta, Kansas; his brother, Joe Moore, LaHarpe, Kansas; four grandchildren; and numerous other relatives. Michael was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Tom Fudge and Harry Allen Fudge; his sisters, Marye Haley, Judy Moore, Jackie Ann Bradshaw, Connie Sue Eineichner, and Deanna Kay Fudge. A visitation will be held on Friday, June 1, 2018, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., in The Venue at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service, Iola, Kansas. Cremation will follow the visitation.
