Mildred L. Williams, 89, of Iola, Kansas, died Wednesday, January 8, 2014, at the Allen County Regional Hospital. Mildred was born December 15, 1924 in Foster, Missouri, the daughter of Arthur and Edna (Marsh) Cobb. After graduating from Pleasanton (KS) High School in 1942, she moved to Iola. She worked for Miller & Son Dress Factory for 25 years before retiring. On July 2, 1966, Mildred married Charles Williams. He preceded her in death November 6, 2005. Mildred was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Kermit, Elmer, Weldon and Billie Joe Cobb and 2 sisters, Thelma Davis and Glenora Stevens.
