Milton Greiner, age 90, of Garnett, Kansas, passed away on Friday, May 31, 2024, at Parkview Heights in Garnett.

Milton Lawrence Greiner was born on January 24, 1934, in West Plains, Missouri, the son of John Bertrand and Ethel Mae (Tanner) Greiner. He graduated from West Plains High School in 1952.

He was united in marriage to Shirley Marlene Maxwell on November 10, 1957, in Kansas City, Missouri. This union was blessed with two children.

After retirement, Milton and Shirley sold their home and purchased an RV and began traveling the United States and Canada. They were camp hosts for many years at National Forest Campground in the panhandle of Idaho.

Milton is survived by his children, David Greiner and wife Karen and Marlene Woolsey and husband Rick; grandchildren, Geoff Greiner, Cathy Brusk and husband Bernie, Lindsey Woolsey, Christopher Woolsey and fiance Liz; siblings, Vivian Herbert, Barbara Coates, Richard Greiner, Jim Greiner, John Greiner, Mike Greiner.
