Randall Scott "Redd" Stanford, Jr.

Randall “Redd” Scott Stanford Jr., age 36, of Moran, Kansas passed away October 9, 2018 at his home in Moran, Kansas. Randy was born on May 25, 1982 at Garnett, Kansas to Randall and Cindy Stanford.  Randy grew up in Burlington before moving to Moran, attending high school in Moran and Iola.  Following school, Randy worked as a handyman and furniture mover while living in Indianapolis, for several years. Randy loved to laugh and to make others laugh.  He was a people person, willing to help, and a sucker for love.  He will be missed for his fun loving nature and his patented walk. Randy was preceded in death by grandparents, Billy and Margie Stanford; and his step-mother, Shelly Walden. Randy is survived by his father, Randall Stanford and wife, Michelle of Herington, Kansas; mother, Cindy Riley of Brunswick, Maine; five brothers, Leon Walden of Columbus, Missouri, Shawn Stanford of Brunswick, Maine, Travis Riley of Gainesville, Missouri, Mitchal Walden of Iola, Kansas and William Bishop of Beloit, Kansas; two sisters, Alyxandra Schmidt of St. Louis, Missouri and Brianna Schmidt of Herington, Kansas; grandmother, Sharon Ward of Brunswick, Maine; grandfather, Jack Steinhour of Rancho Santa Margarita, California.
