Shirley Rose Craft, 47, of Iola, Kansas, died Thursday, March 10, 2011, at Via Christi St. Francis Campus in Wichita, Kansas. Shirley was born May 18, 1963, at New Port Beach, California, the daughter of Gardner Robert and Beverly Rose (Davis) Wells, Jr. She moved to southeast Kansas with her parents at an early age. She grew up mainly in the Lone Elm and Iola areas. On December 21, 1979, Shirley married David Craft. She worked at the Moran Manor for 16 years before ill health forced her retirement. Shirley enjoyed camping, fishing and collecting miniature cars. SERVICES: 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 15, 2011, at the Waugh-Yokum & Friskel Chapel in Iola.
