Susan Marie Ingels

Susan Marie Ingels, age 53, of Chanute, Kansas, passed away May 22, 2023, at Menorah Medical Center, Overland Park, Kansas. Susan was born January 27, 1970, in Iola, Kansas, to Clifford L. Muntzert and Barbara Ann (Robinson) Muntzert.

Susan graduated in 1988 from Iola High School. Susan and Mark Ingels were married October 17, 1998, in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.

Susan worked as an operator for the call center at Ashley Clinic in Chanute.
Susan loved being with her family and especially family gatherings. She liked her dogs and was known as an animal lover. Susan collected elephants.

Susan was preceded in death by her husband; and her parents.

Susan is survived by her brothers, Terry Muntzert, David (Christine) Muntzert, Iola, Kansas, Michael (Sarena) Muntzert, LeRoy, Kansas; nephews, Dalton Muntzert, Iola, Kansas, Kody (Khrista) Daum, Moran, Kansas, Kaleb Muntzert, Iola, Kansas, Kolby Daum, Iola, Kansas, T.J. (Jennifer) Muntzert, Coffeyville, Kansas; nieces, Keri Hyden, Iola, Kansas; aunt, Pat (Howard) Tolbert, Belton, Missouri; and numerous other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 9, 2023, in the chapel at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service.
