Terry Lewellen

Terry Lynn Lewellen, 63, of Iola, Kansas, died Thursday, December 3, 2015, at the Allen County Regional Hospital. Terry was born July 21, 1952, in Crawfordsville, Indiana, the son of Arnold and Cozetta (Ward) Lewellen. He grew up in Crawfordsville and served in the U.S. Army. He worked as a cook most of his life. On October 9, 1981, Terry married Susan E. Conkright. They made their home in Crawfordsville until moving to Iola ten years ago. She survives. Cremation has taken place. Waugh-Yokum & Friskel Memorial Chapel of Iola, assisted the family.
