William Robb

William Gordon Robb, 57, of Iola, Kansas, passed away August 31, 2014. He was born to Harry Gordon Robb and Mary Francis (Brown) Robb on April 4, 1957. He was employed by Nelson Quarries, dedicating many years of dedicated service. Gordon married Yvette Boyd Sept. 19, 1992. They made their home in rural Iola. Gordon is survived by: his wife, Yvette; two daughters Melissa and her husband John Stokes and Emilee Robb; two sons Joshua Robb and Michael Robb; 5 grandchildren Sydney, Britney & Brianna Stokes, Kaiden & Kallei Robb; his mother Mary Robb; one brother Robert; three sisters Carrie and her husband Randy Riebel, Rebecca and her husband Mike Hedman and Linda and her husband Jason Mead. He was preceded in death by his father Harry Gordon Robb. Gordon enjoyed helping others, riding his 4-wheeler, taking care of his cattle and occasional hunting. FUNERAL SERVICE: 10:00 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 6, 2014 at Waugh-Yokum & Friskel Chapel in Iola.
